Board of Directors

The Friends of AEA Board is comprised of fifteen voting members. Board members serve one or two year terms depending on the position.

The Board meets the first Thursday of the month during the school year from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in the Staff Lounge at the AEACS campus. Our meetings are open and parent and staff attendance is both encouraged and welcome.

Please continue to remember Friends of AEA in your giving so we can continue to offer these & other great programs. We look forward to a great year!

2011-2012 Board Members

2011-2012 Budget

The Friends of AEA met and voted on a budget for the 2011-2012 school year. We will fully fund art, music, and field trips. Assemblies had some increases in their budget. This year we were also able to add some support to the art and tech classes in middle school, science curriculum support in elementary, environmental and nutritional education programs, scholarship funds and a bit more. This will be added to the additional language and tech support we were able to achieve via the gala auction.

Thanks to the generosity of our school community we are able to provide a lot of extra educational support and programs at AEA.
